    Man Utd 1-2 Roma

You can not argue that Manchester United have been much better this second half and have played with a lot more desire and urgency.

But if they can not find at least another goal and get a result here their situation remains the same - with Michael Carrick under intense pressure and United bang in trouble.

    Barcelona 3-0 Aston Villa

    Stephen Warnock
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live at Nou Camp

I think Nicolas Jackson is scared of hurting himself by running into the back post. I think he should be tapping that in.

  10. 'The crowd are now getting behind the team'published at 21:29 GMT

    Manchester United 1-2 Roma

    Wayne Rooney
Former Manchester United striker on Amazon Prime

The penalty and getting the goal makes a big difference, but since then the energy and desire to get the ball, we are seeing a few more tackles and that lifts the crowd. The crowd are now getting behind the team, and it gives them a bit more belief that they get can something out of the game.

Why have Roma just stopped playing? They’re facing one of the worst sides in any European competition and they’ve just capitulated.

    Dan

Roma are defending like Man United!

    Barcelona 3-0 Aston Villa

    Stephen Warnock
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live at Nou Camp

Zion Suzuki has got to stop this. He has got to learn. He is in one of the biggest environments and you're asking Barcelona forwards to press you.

He makes the save to make up for it but he has to learn.

    Man Utd 1-2 Roma

The tide has turned massively here.

Diogo Dalot sees his shot cleared off the line and Roma are massively under the cosh here.

  17. 'Delightful ball by Cancelo'published at 21:27 GMT

    Barcelona 3-0 Aston Villa

    Stephen Warnock
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live at Nou Camp

John McGinn gets beaten too easily by Joao Cancelo but what Cancelo does is brilliant. It's a delightful ball with the inside of his right foot. It's beautifully placed into Raphinha and that should be that.

Devastating and with just so much class. First Cancelo's skill and cross and then Raphinha's sharp finish. That was just too good for Aston Villa.

Delivered to the back stick by Bruno Fernandes and Harry Maguire wins the tussle with Marten de Roon to nod his header wide. It takes a slight deflection and United have another corner.

A nice ball into the box and Bryan Mbeumo is reaching but can't get there and instead it's poked behind for Manchester United's first corner of the match.
