AFC Wimbledon have signed forward Harry Cornick on a one-year deal with the option of a further year.

The 31-year-old was released by Bristol City in the summer after three-and-a-half years at Ashton Gate. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Stevenage.

Before that he played a key role in Luton Town's rise from League Two to the Championship, scoring 38 times in 235 games.

"Harry's a player that I've long admired, and he's had a good career," Wimbledon boss Johnnie Jackson told the club website., external

"He's obviously had a difficult season last season with the injury that he picked up.

"But I think he's still at an age where we feel like we can get him firing. He can be a big player for us."
