Carlisle United have signed Teddy Jenks from National League club Worthing on a permanent transfer.

Jenks, 24, joins the Blues on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee with the option of a further year

The experienced midfielder, who started out with home town club Brighton & Hove Albion, made his debut for the Seagulls aged 17.
