    Tom Banton had done all the hard work but he just slipped at the last minute. It was almost like a two-footed tackle, he didn't even touch the ball in the end.

    It's wet down there in front of the dressing rooms in particular.

    Harry Brook has a slip in for new batter Shanaka but after he gets off strike Mendis reverse hits Adil Rashid over third for four.

    The call wasn't great, the fact the striker didn't move was poor. Even Charlith Asalanka's dive could have been better.

    Poor cricket all round.

    It almost felt like Jacks had missed the stumps, the bails took a time to fall off. It was Asalanka's call, the striker didn't have any interest in that run. A really good throw from Adil Rashid.

    It's out! The confusion between the batters resulted in Charith Asalanka being sent back and an accurate throw from Adil Rashid did the job. Will Jacks wasn't initially convinced but the Sri Lanka captain is short by a yard.

    You thought something had to give with Asalanka, he was chewing up balls. You have to say that's a really good shot.

    That's not a wicket-taking ball - it dropped short and he could have hit it anywhere. Harry Brook showed good anticipation when the ball dropped short and Nissanka dropped back and that step to his right helped him complete that catch.
