    It's just bringing back those memories of Capsey against Australia in 2023 here at Lord's where she got that quickfire 50.

    She used her feet perfectly there. She has taken some confidence and England needed that over.

    Nat Sciver-Brunt is starting to turn to inventive strokes, pulling out the paddle and picking up two off Georgia Wareham, but England are otherwise dealing in singles and dots.

    All is not lost for England - there's still the fireworks of Freya Kemp and Dani Gibson to come and Sciver-Brunt did some late accelerating alongside Heather Knight against South Africa on Thursday.

    It's annoying watching Australia again.

    They have been so clinical and their plans are working. England aren't out of it at all but they do look a bit nervous, there isn't much foot movement.

    I'd like to see them release the shackles a little bit.

    Lucy Hamilton returns to the attack and forces a couple of sharp intakes of breath, Alice Capsey swinging and missing twice.

    Capsey can't capitalise on a free hit, hitting into the ground, and is nearly run out at the non-striker's end as they dash for a single.

    Very much Australia's powerplay. They've picked up two wickets and restricted England to just five boundaries.

    The good news for the batting side? Captain Nat Sciver-Brunt is still in.

    They have been clinical with their plans and bringing Mooney up to the stumps is a very smart plan to Danni Wyatt-Hodge with how much she likes to move around the crease.
