India 'cockroach' party says its leaders detained ahead of march
Thousands of extra security personnel are on the streets of the Indian capital, trying to prevent a major demonstration over revisions to the electoral roll.
The leader of India's Cockroach Janta Party has been arrested, along with hundreds of others, as he tried to protest against revisions to the electoral roll. Abhijeet Dipke was detained on his arrival in the Indian capital. Thousands of security forces are enforcing the ban on the gathering.
