Ride-hailing drivers in South Africa including Uber and Bolt have embarked on a three day strike to protest against high fuel prices. They also want the government to pass regulations to protect their rights.
In Somalia, aid agencies warn that the country is on the brink of famine. Around 4.5 million people are in need of urgent humanitarian aid. The country is currently experiencing its worst drought in a decade.
