CAR: Alleged former rebel leaders plead not guilty at The Hague

The two men are accused of leading militias in the CAR during the war in 2013.

Patrice-Edouard Ngaïssona and Alfred Yekatom are accused of involvement in crimes in their roles as leaders in the anti-Balaka militia as the country slid into war in 2013.
