‘I learned English via the BBC, now I’m on it’
Why a Norfolk Zumba instructor says a visit from the BBC was “the highlight” of her life.
Berna Akinal has been running Zumba classes for 17 years and says it is her “passion to make people happy”.
She is among the finalists for the BBC Radio Norfolk Make A Difference Awards.
And it was a visit from reporter Daisy Partridge to hear her story which prompted quite an emotional reaction from Berna.
