The Canvey Island man who has trained thousands of people with vital life-saving skills.
In his work as an ambulance medical technician, Jack Broomfield from Canvey Island helps save lives on a daily basis.
But when he isn’t working, much of his time is devoted to training others with vital life-saving skills.
Jack is one of the finalists for the BBC Essex Make A Difference Awards.
