Household energy bills are set to soar by 13% in July, as the impact of conflict in Iran hits the market. This means that on average, households on variable tariffs will pay an extra £221 a year on energy. Around 60% of households have variable price tariffs - amounting to roughly 800,000 households in Wales. Those on fixed prices will not be impacted. So where will you find the money to pay for rising energy bills? What will you sacrifice?

Melanoma has hit a record high in Wales, and 9 in 10 cases are caused by too much UV radiation from the sun and sunbeds. With temperatures rising each year, it's brilliant to enjoy the hot weather, but Melanoma UK is launching a UK first sun guarding pilot in Anglesey to make UV risk more visible. A UV safety station will be installed in Trearddur Bay as well as signs and messages to promote protective action during periods of high UV exposure. So how often do you apply sun cream?
