Following his election victory, First Minister Rhun Ap Lorwerth reportedly spent the night in a Premier Inn after forgetting the keys to his personal flat in Cardiff. Most countries provide a residence for their leaders, England has 10 Downing Street, Scotland has Bute House.. Why not Wales?
