"In consideration of di seriousness of dis charges and di critical role di national police commissioner dey play in leading di fight against crime, I don agree wit General Masemola say e go dey on precautionary suspension pending di conclusion of di case.

"To ensure stability and continuity for di South African Police Force, I don appoint Lieutenant General Puleng Dimpane as di Acting National Police Commissioner," di president tok.
