Dolly Parton fans on what she meant to them

Singer-songwriter Dolly Parton was loved by fans of all ages.

The country icon who died age 80, wrote hundreds of songs and sold more than 100 million records worldwide.

She also acted and wrote the music for the film 9-5 which was later most recently adapted for children as a stage musical, 9-5 Jr.

Newsround heard from two Dolly fans who were in productions of 9-5 Jr - Olivia in Pembrokeshire and Connie in Edinburgh - they told us what she meant to them.
