The Turley quads

Family Focus - Four's company

Last week a Tyrone couple became the first parents on the island of Ireland to have sextuplets, prompting much discussion on just how parents cope with the arrival of so many babies at one time.

One family who might know something about it are the Turleys from Dunmurry who have 8-year-old quad daughters along with two older sons.

Parents Brona and Paul say news of the sextuplet's arrival has brought back memories of the births of their own babies.

Happily, the Turleys got plenty of help when they brought the quads home from hospital and say the first year was not as difficult as they thought it was going to be.
