Saints fan Chris has made it to Wembley after suffering a stroke last year.
His wife Julie said: "Football's his life, football's our life. We live and breathe the Saints and I'm so praying that we can do it today."
Chris added: "I've got here [after] what I've been through the last year. I didn't think I'd be here today and it feels great."


Saints fans Derek and Sue were married shortly before the 1976 FA Cup final victory, cutting short their honeymoon in Guernsey to watch the match.
Now Derek's back at Wembley with his wife, his three sons and two grandchildren.
He said: "We never could have believed that would be possible 50 years ago, to come with our sons and our grandchildren to do the same thing again.
"It was our 50th wedding anniversary yesterday and we're back at Wembley today, it's amazing."

Fans aged from 11 to 81 have been talking up Saints' chances with our sports editor Lewis Coombes.

Saints fan Martin says Man City fans are outnumbered at Wembley.
"There's so many more Saints fans than Man City fans," he says.
"Hardly seen any City fans, it's just yellow and blue everywhere.
"I really do feel the fans could be the 12th man today.
"If the players can feed off it, start nice and quick, I think we have a great chance."
Our sports editor Lewis Coombes says Man City did not sell out their allocation of tickets, giving Southampton an advantage in the stands.

She says: "It was amazing. Nobody expected us to win that.
"I was stood behind the goal when the goal went in. There was a chap in front me and he had tears streaming down.
"On the way home, every bridge on the M3 was smothered with Saints fans."

Could a "sneaky 2-1 Saints win" be on the cards?
A youth football team from Canada has been given Wembley tickets by Saints.
Rain City Athletics football academy, from St John's, Newfoundland, arrived on Monday to train with Saints Academy.
Coach Greg and seven team members will be at the match.
"Saints were able to get us some tickets," says Greg. "The internet obviously makes it easy to follow the Saints and they're starting to get a support group, a small contingent in Newfoundland."

Former Saints star Jo Tessem is at Wembley for our pre-match coverage on BBC Radio Solent Sport.
He's met one of his biggest fans near Olympic Way.
The unnamed fan told us: "I saw the shirt and thought I had to get it.
"He's the perfect man. He's my hero."
