Four years after Breivik attack, Utoeya hosts camp again

Utoeya island in Norway has welcomed back young people for the first time since Anders Breivik killed 69 people there in a mass shooting four years ago.

The island was hosting members of the Norwegian Labour Party's youth wing when the attack happened in July 2011.

More than a thousand teenagers have registered for the event this year.
