Ma France - Email 2 - Directions and Languages
Bonjour et félicitations !
Congratulations on completing the Preview unit. Now you can move on to the next two stages, Directions and Languages.
Unit 2, Directions, shows you how to find your way around. You’ll learn verbs such as vous continuez, carry on, vous tournez, turn, and other expressions used in giving directions. You’ll also discover the meaning of many of the road signs: une aire de repos, a lay-by, le péripherique, the ring road, or le bouchon, the dreaded traffic jam...
In Unit 3, Languages, you’ll pick up how to talk about the languages you speak, for example, je parle français et anglais, I speak French and English. In addition, you’ll find out how to spell using the French alphabet; it’s a vital skill, if only to claim your hotel room. Je m’appelle Madame Wright. Ça s’écrit W, R, I, G, H, T.Get the learning tips for both units "Directions" and "Languages"
Next week we'll be back with more tips. We hope you'll find Ma France useful and entertaining.
Bonne chance !
