Working on such filmic greats as Shrek, Narnia and Madagascar, Sim Evan-Jones has spent the last 12 years living in Hollywood. He now prefers a quieter life and has based himself in Faversham. He talks about his favourite moments whilst editing Narnia and Shrek and how he started in the business.
