MY EARLY DAYS AT THE BBC

This is a story that I was given permission to contribute to the WW2 Peoples War site on behalf of Joe Latham.

I am a member of the WW2 Peoples War team here at the BBC, and I am house sharing with Joe's grand daughter, Fran when I met the man himself. Three generations of the Latham family have worked at the BBC. Fran and her father still work here as of 2006.

I thought his story was an interesting one, and wanted to add it to the Peoples War site.

More photos and details on Joe's story and many other BBC radio equipment stories and memories can be found on Roger Beckwith's websiteAbout links
