From glamour to punk fashion students from Essex have been showing off their designs on the catwalk.  Artist Pete Kennedy has been exploring the worlds of fantasy and surrealism for over 40 years.  Barry Moulton creates pictures using melted bees wax, chocolate and an iron.  A 23-year-old Southend artist is making waves with her unconventional impressionist paintings.  Around 1000 people held torches to the sky to create an eight mile circle of light in Southend.  The new Firstsite building in Colchester has caused some controversy amongst local people.  Painter, printmaker and maker of artists books, Sandy Sykes, talks about her latest exhibition.  A local artist is ensuring her work is probably more environmentally friendly than most.  Children in Colchester have been exploring the idea of what it means to be a good citizen.  Peter Jones, the Colchester Open Studios Co-ordinator talks to us about their tenth anniversary.
