To mark the thirtieth anniversary of the end of military dictatorship in Argentina, University Gallery in Colchester have invited the sometimes controversial Leon Ferrari to the Essex University based venue.

In this exhibition the Gallery will be covered from ceiling to floor with his pictures showing many of the disturbing events of the time.

Ferrari has a deep interest in politics and uses his art to comment on situations both within his home country as well as around the world. In this exhibition, which runs until the 2nd of November, he will also express his opinions on the USA's foreign policy in the Middle East through his acclaimed photomontages.

The exhibition promises to be both powerful and poignant and can be found in the heart of the University's campus.
