Creative Diversity Team
A centre of expertise within the BBC’s Talent and Inclusion function, embedded across Content and Nations and working closely with commissioning, editorial policy, audience insights and business teams, as well as production partners, industry bodies and community organisations. The team brings strategic expertise and practical support across the creative and production lifecycle to shape and enable delivery of the BBC’s creative diversity commitments: supporting opportunities for underrepresented talent on- and off-air, strengthening authentic representation and storytelling, overseeing the Diversity Development Fund and Access Funding, using audience insight and data to drive impact, and working with the wider industry to shape meaningful and lasting change.
