TRACKLISTING. MONDAY 25/04/2011

On Easter Monday our studio guests the talented and personable Leicester duo The Daydream Club, Adam Pickering and Paula Walker who gave great interview - managing to be funny, forthcoming, eloquent and interesting all at the same time. They also gave us a link to a video of them performing their current single The Record Shop - in a record shop - for The Brixton Sessions.

Our session tracks were recorded for Steve Lamacq at Maida Vale by The Severed Limb - a band who (we're told) still go busking at London's Borough Market every Friday. Bobby Friction was his usual funny and flirtatious slef with a hot tip from New York, while Ruth Barnes reintroduced us to the work of Chris East - last heard of under his nom de myspace of Winston Echo - in his latest lofi combo Anguish Sandwich.
