| The building of a �15.7m road scheme in Swindon will see drivers faced with narrow lanes and a reduced speed limit for 13 months. A new flyover is to be built at Commonhead Roundabout on the A419. All lanes will remain open to traffic, say the Highways Agency, but they will be made slightly narrower approaching the roundabout. At the same time, access to Dayhouse Lane and the nearby lay-by will be closed permanently.
