Government minister condemns Kigali grenade attack

Seven people were injured, two of them seriously, when a grenade was hurled at evening commuters in the centre of the Rwandan capital Kigali last night.

In the run-up to the just concluded presidential elections in Rwanda there were several other grenade attacks.

BBC Network Africa's Victor Sylver spoke to justice minister Tharcisse Karugarama for more information.
