Hip-hop lessons, film and animation, music - it was all happening in Christchurch Park, May 2008.  The BBC Blast roadshow arrives in Ipswich with a hip-hop dance workshop.  The bulk of the British gold-medal winning team comes from Sudbury. Just don't mention netball!  Bury St.Edmunds horsewoman Sharon Hunt achieved a creditable finish at the World Equestrian Games.  The 20 year old wheelchair athlete from Bury is at the World Paralympic Championships in Holland.  The son of a Newmarket stable owner is getting ready for the World Equestrian Games in Germany.  We set some local teens the challenge to take pictures for our site under the theme of Suffolk..  Nick Rowland lives just outside Ipswich, and he's been selected as this year's Blast sport reporter.
