If you're a bit of a night owl it might be as late as midnight or even the early hours of the morning. But as you drift off there are people out there who are just starting a days work. And it's not just workers who emerge in the night hours to try and make money. As you sleep people are chancing their hands in Stoke-on-Trent's casinos and of course there has to be someone to deal the cards.
