There is still a mist of rain coming down.
The ground staff are furiously trying to mop up the court with giant squeegees. You know? The things you use to clean windows?!
I’m not sure how well it’s working.

The covers are back off! How long for is anyone's guess.
Emma Raducanu and Sorana Cirstea were on court for less than five minutes earlier this afternoon before they were told to head back in to see if the shower passed over.
An hour later... and we might finally see some tennis today.
'Might' feels like the key word. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Well, it was worth a shot.
I'm going to stop talking to you about rain for now and we'll hopefully bring you some actual tennis a little later on.
Bye for now...
Emma Raducanu heads off the court, with four minutes still remaining on the warm-up clock.
The umpire tells the crowd play is going to be delayed a little longer.
A man in the crowd simply shouts 'Boo!' and gets a few laughs for his efforts.
Well, this was fun, wasn't it?
Andddddd it's raining again.
Nice one, the British summer...
Raducanu v Cirstea
The umpire has told Emma Raducanu and Sorana Cirstea they will have an extended eight-minute warm-up, given they've not had much time to prepare with play continuing to be pushed back over the course of the afternoon.
Whether the rain will even hold off for those eight minutes is another question...
Raducanu v Cirstea
Emma Raducanu will contest the opening match on Andy Murray Arena - and the players have just emerged on to the court.
Raducanu defeated Anna Blinkova in the first round, producing a promising straight-set victory to record her first match-win since Indian Wells in March.
Today, the Briton is aiming to beat a top-20 ranked opponent for the first time since defeating Daria Kasatkina at Strasbourg just over a year ago.
She's up against Romanian debutant Sorana Cirstea, who is the world number 18.

But the covers are off on Andy Murray Arena, and we're hoping we will get to see some tennis today after all...
