Dallavalle signs new deal with Gloucester-Hartpury

Premiership Women's Rugby leaders Gloucester-Hartpury have agreed a new deal with Wales international centre Hannah Dallavalle.

The 29-year-old has been with The Circus since 2019, and been part of a run of a hat-trick of league titles over the past three seasons.

Dallevalle joins fellow international Sam Monaghan in re-signing for 2026-27, following last week's news that three stalwarts of the side's recent successes - England captain Zoe Stratford, Tatyana Heard and Sarah Beckett - will leave the club at the end of the current campaign.

"I'm really pleased to be staying at Gloucester-Hartpury," said Dallavale.

"This club has played a huge role in my development over the last few years and it's a place where I've always felt supported to grow both as a player and as a person.

"The ambition within the group is something that drives me every day, and I'm excited to continue working alongside such a talented group of players and staff."

Dan Murphy, who is looking to secure a first league title as head coach - and the team's fourth in a row - in the next six weeks, added: "Having players with Hannah's experience on both the domestic and international stage is incredibly valuable for our squad.

"But what stands out most is her willingness to contribute to the team-first culture we've built here.

"We're delighted she'll continue her journey with Gloucester-Hartpury and remain an important part of what we're striving to achieve as a club."

Dallavalle has become an influential figure for Wales, having made her debut back in 2015, and was a member of the squad for last year's World Cup in England - in all she has been capped 69 times.

Gloucester-Hartpury are back in Premiership action for the first time in two months this weekend against Ealing Trailfinders.
