York Knights have signed prop Matty English on loan from fellow Super League side Huddersfield Giants until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old came through Huddersfield's academy and has spent 10 seasons with the club.
Having made his debut for the Giants in 2017, he has made a total of 157 appearances for the club.
The move comes after Huddersfield decided not to offer English a new deal, with his current contract set to end at the season.
"It's a sad day to see Matty go, but he goes with all of our best wishes for the future. He has been allowed to explore this opportunity to get some more game time that he isn't getting with us at the moment," Giants director of rugby Andy Kelly said.
"I would like to thank Matty for his outstanding service to the club, a product of our youth system, and wish him all the best at York and beyond."
