Castleford sign Leigh half-back McNamara
Ben McNamara scored four tries in 36 appearances for Leigh Leopards

Castleford Tigers have signed Leigh Leopards half-back Ben McNamara on a two-year deal for the 2027 season.
The 24-year-old joined the Tigers on loan last month and has made one Super League appearance.
McNamara, the son of former England head coach Steve McNamara, started his career with Hull FC before joining the Leopards after the 2023 campaign.

Meanwhile, the Tigers have confirmed Daejarn Asi, Joe Stimson, Sam Hall and Cain Robb will all leave the club at the end of the season.
Half-back Asi, 26, has made 53 appearances across two seasons, while forward Stimson, 30, has made 36 appearances since joining in June 2025.
Forward Hall, 24, and hooker Robb, 23, came through the Tigers youth set-up and have played 71 times and 57 times respectively.
