Hull FC's Cust faces four weeks out

Hull FC hooker Cade Cust has been battling a shoulder injury

Cade Cust has been ruled out for up to four weeks with a shoulder injury - in another setback for Hull FC.
The 27-year-old Australian hooker had been playing through the pain for the Black and Whites as he battled against a worsening problem.
But interim coach Andy Last confirmed to BBC Radio Humberside that, after playing with cortisone injections last week against Warrington, Cust is now facing a spell on the sidelines.
"Cade has been battling for a long way with an AC (acromioclavicular) joint injury. It is something that most rugby players suffer in the course of their career, with some more significant than others," said Last.
"He took a needle before the game last week but within 15 minutes felt as though it was still a bit sore.
"He was brave enough to try again with a needle at half-time and managed to knock out 60 minutes for us but was very, very sore the following morning.
"Cade went for a scan and there was a little bit more damage in there, so he is going to be missing for three to four weeks."
The setback is the latest blow for the Black and Whites as they try to turn around their Super League fortunes and break a four-game losing streak against Huddersfield Giants this weekend.
