Sunderland set to seal Fofana deal

Sunderland are set to complete their chaotic 30m euros (£25.7m) move for Malick Fofana from Lyon.
The Black Cats agreed a fee for Fofana this morning but Crystal Palace hijacked the move.
However, Sunderland have now won the race to sign Fofana with the deal now at the paperwork stage.
Arsenal also earlier attempted to sign Fofana, but the Premier League champions were unable to agree a fee with Lyon.
