Wycombe sign Parker from Swansea on loan

Wycombe Wanderers have signed Sam Parker from Championship club Swansea City on a season-long loan.

The 20-year-old, who can play as a right-back or on the wing, has made 13 Championship appearances for the Swans since making his league debut in a 2-2 draw against Coventry City in December 2023.

In the back end of last season, Parker made four starts in succession for Swansea and was part of the side that beat Leicester City and Queens Park Rangers.

He becomes Wycombe's seventh signing of the summer, joining the likes of Cauley Woodrow,Steve Cook,Conor Hazard and Emre Tezgel at Adams Park.

Tom Stockwell, Wycombe's director of football strategy and data intelligence, told the club website:, external "Sam is a very athletic full-back. His pace and agility make him tough to beat in a one v one situation,"
