Bristol City considering Lincoln's Skubala again

Michael Skubala was previously Leeds Under-21s manager and had a brief spell as caretaker

Bristol City are considering another move for Lincoln City boss Michael Skubala after failing to appoint Tommy Elphick.
Imps manager Skubala - who took them to the League One title this season - was in the running for the post at Ashton Gate only for the Robins to turn to Bournemouth assistant Elphick.
But the 38-year-old rejected the move and is currently poised to be part of Marco Rose's new coaching team at the Vitality Stadium.
Skubala is understood to have signed a new deal at Sincil Bank last week after being told he was not going to get the Robins job.
It is on improved terms and with the new deal until 2028 it will now cost Bristol City over £1m to take the 43-year-old to the west country.
They had previously triggered a much lower release clause but any return for Skubala would be an awkward U-turn by the Robins, who had offered the job to Elphick.
The former Brighton and Aston Villa defender had positive talks and was impressed with the club and its personnel but decided against making the move.
With Rose replacing Andoni Iraola at the club, sources have told BBC Sport Elphick wants to assess his options further.
Skubala won the League Managers' Association League One manager of the season after taking the club to the second tier for the first time in 65 years.
He is close with former Arsenal technical director James Ellis, only formally appointed at the Robins this month, with the pair having worked together in the Great Britain Universities setup.
Bristol City are looking for a permanent manager after appointing former England boss Roy Hodgson as an interim replacement following Gerhard Struber's sacking in March.
