Aberdeen have sold winger Topi Keskinen to Odense for an undisclosed fee, which Pittodrie manager Stephen Robinson described as "a very good offer".

The Finland winger, 23, made 89 appearances and scored nine times over a two-year spell with the Dons and was part of their 2025 Scottish Cup final-winning side.

"Having been in Scotland for two years, Topi made it clear to me that he wanted to look at other opportunities and when a very good offer was presented to the club, that met our valuation, we decided to accept it and allow him to leave," Robinson told club media.

"There has been interest in Topi for several weeks and, as such, we have been preparing for his departure behind the scenes for some time.

"We will now move to try and execute some of the potential replacement plans."

Odense were eighth in Denmark's Superliga last season.

And former HJK Helsinki player Keskinen said: "I was made to feel very welcome by everyone at Aberdeen and by the supporters.

"I'll always be grateful to be leaving with a Scottish Cup winners' medal.

"I wish the club every success in the future and I'll always look back on my time in Aberdeen fondly."
