Stevenage have signed former Charlton Athletic midfielder Terry Taylor on a free transfer.

The 24-year-old has agreed a two-year contract at the Lamex Stadium, with an option for a further year.

He joined Charlton from Burton Albion in the summer of 2023, but struggled to win a regular place at The Valley and made 49 appearances during a season-long loan at Northampton Town in 2025-26.

Taylor is Stevenage's second signing since their League One play-off semi-final defeat by Stockport County, following the arrival of former Fulham striker Olly Sanderson.
