Folarin Balogun's move to Everton is off after the player decided against proceeding with the transfer.
Everton sought to renegotiate the original £40m fee they agreed to pay Monaco after issues cropped up with the USA striker's medical.
But Balogun, it is understood, has decided against going ahead with the move.
