Isaac Hutchinson scored 20 goals in 47 appearances across all competitions for Bristol Rovers and Cheltenham Town last season

Doncaster Rovers have signed Bristol Rovers midfielder Isaac Hutchinson for an undisclosed fee on a two-year deal.

The 26-year-old spent the majority of last season on loan at Cheltenham Town and scored 15 goals in 34 League Two appearances.

The former Derby and Walsall man is Doncaster's eighth summer signing.

"Quite a few clubs were after him, and the fact that he chose us gives us great reassurance that he wants to come here and he wants to make his mark," boss Grant McCann told the club website.
