Middleton and Syed to leave Gloucestershire

Spinner Ed Middleton and all-rounder Ahmed Syed will leave Gloucestershire when their contracts expire in October.
Middleton, 25, has played 12 first-class matches and four List A games for the county, since his debut in 2023.
He has scored 301 first-class runs at an average of 21.5 and claimed 20 wickets at 39.8.
Syed, 22, is a Gloucestershire academy graduate and Cardiff University student, who is yet to make his first-class debut.
