If you are an unsigned musician living in Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Solent, Isle of Wight, Hampshire or Dorset, then we want your music.

Before you reach for a Jiffy bag however, here are a few tips:

* We only accept submissions on CD. MP3's sent by email will be deleted and not considered for the show.

* All submissions will be considered for on-air evaluation by a panel of music industry experts, and receipt of your CD will indicate your consent. 

* Tracks with obscene, defamatory, sexist or homophobic lyrics will only get as far as the bin.

* Before you pop your demo into your postal pouch of choice, make sure that it works.

* Include current contact details (including a mobile number) on everything that you submit.

* Due to the volume of submissions that we receive, we cannot return your CD.
