Trump announces deal for Russian diesel

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine has slammed the US decision to temporarily lift sanctions on the export of Russian diesel. It was taken by President Trump to try to lower the global price, ahead of the US midterm elections, but Mr Zelensky said it would allow Russia to wage war for longer.
