'Extinction' warnings ramp up as AI safety fears grow. We speak to one Anthropic researcher who resigned and warned of AI race risks. The CEO of Anthropic, Dario Amodei warned that the increasing rate of development could lead to rogue AI agents taking over the internet, potentially causing hundreds of billions of dollars in damage. Elon Musk and the OpenAI boss Sam Altman both said they agreed with him.
