IAEA director Grossi says 'we should be in Iran already'

Whether or not Iran is trying to develop nuclear weapons was a key part of the talks and a reason why the US launched an attack on Iran. As part of a ceasefire, Iran agreed its highly enriched uranium would be diluted under IAEA supervision. That ceasefire has since collapsed.
