Three-year-old rescued six days after Venezuela quake

A three year old boy has been rescued from the rubble in Venezuela, six days since the twin quakes. A Jordanian rescue team said he has been given first aid treatment and taken to hospital and his vital signs were good. It comes as the UN warned that tens of thousands of people were urgently in need of food and shelter. We discuss what role the United States should play in the recovery of Venezuela.
