Russia launches a large-scale aerial attack across Ukraine

Newsday

Available for 29 days

At least nine people have been killed and dozens more have been injured after Russia launched a major overnight assault on cities across Ukraine. Local authorities in the eastern city of Dnipro say five people have died in attacks there. Others are reported wounded in attacks in Kharkiv in the north-east. There have been reports of clashes in Lebanon and projectiles fired into Israel despite Donald Trump announcing Israel and Hezbollah had agreed to stop fighting - we'll hear from a Lebanese Minister. We'll also get the view of a veteran American diplomat as concerns grow that Donald Trump's truce announcement may not materialise.
