Anger and hope in Nepal's flood zone

Newshour

Available for 29 days

Bad weather is hampering rescue operations after the devastating flash flooding which tore through border areas of Nepal and Tibet on Wednesday. Officials say rain and fog are making access much harder. About 3,000 people are missing, with almost 700 bodies found so far -- some of them swept many kilometres downstream in India. Also in the programme: Huge explosions at a warehouse after an overnight strike in Kyiv; and polls open in Iceland's referendum on whether to reopen talks on joining the European Union.
