Over 40 offences by a masked cyclist have been reported in Smiths Wood & Chelmsley Wood. A masked robber has been terrorising the community for more than a year. A £10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the conviction of the attacker - who's been dubbed The Gingerbread Man in the national press because so far he hasn't been caught.
