Carrow House in Norwich was once home to one of the most influential families in Norfolk – the Colmans. But having stood empty for several years, its gardens became overgrown and unrecognisable. However, a group of volunteers led by Boyd Edmends were determined to restore them to their former glory. He is among the finalists for the BBC Radio Norfolk Make A Difference Awards.
